Directly From Tea Garden
Hot tea brewing method: Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea (ADJUST AMOUNT BY YOUR TASTE), for each 7-9oz in the teapot. Pour boiling water; Drain the water quickly to rinse the tealeaves. Refill boiling water steep for 3-5 minutes or until the tea leaves unfold, pour into cups to drink .refill water before teapot almost empty. Good for multiple infuse. Adding milk or sugar is not recommended.
